Poker Table Telephone โ€” how fast could a signal spread if only one seat can talk at a time?
arXiv:2606.29152 gives a new deterministic protocol for "gossiping" in ad-hoc radio networks โ€” getting every node's message to every other node when only-one-broadcast-at-a-time and overlapping broadcasts collide into garbage, with the network's topology unknown at the start. This demo turns it into two animated poker tables racing side by side: Naive (every seat randomly decides to broadcast each tick, producing visible red collision flashes and a slow, messy crawl toward full table-wide knowledge) versus Smart (a real distance-2 graph coloring computed live from the seating chart, giving a provably collision-free round-robin schedule). Seat count and extra "who's passing notes to whom" links are adjustable, with per-seat knowledge rings and a live theory panel comparing the paper's ร•((mn)^0.6) bound to the old ร•(n^{4/3}) one. Zero CDN dependencies โ€” pure SVG/JS, works offline. Beat a poker belief-revision game and an unsupervised handicapper-reliability scorer on wow-factor: a live dual-table race you can watch collide beats a dashboard you just read.
