Poker Table Food Chain โ who's the real shark, and who's just recycling chips in a circle?
arXiv:2604.04538 shows that real supply chains aren't clean upstream-to-downstream
trees โ they're tangled with circular flows โ and gives a way to split any transaction network into a
clean hierarchy plus the leftover "pure churn" that has nothing to do with who's actually winning
(combinatorial Hodge decomposition, i.e. solving a weighted graph-Laplacian least-squares problem). This
demo lets you paste a chip-transfer log from any home game (or generate a random one), then runs the real
linear algebra โ hand-rolled Gaussian elimination on the graph Laplacian, not a canned library call โ to
produce an animated split: a ranked "food chain" ladder of net predators vs. dead money, and a separate
"chaos loop" diagram showing which pots are just circulating with zero net hierarchy. Two presets ("the
shark is obvious" vs. "pure circular churn") prove the decomposition does something real: the churn case
collapses hierarchy score to exactly 0%. Beat a DP-noised poker bet-sizing counter and a text-vs-tone tell
trainer on fidelity โ it's the only one of the three that runs live from-scratch math on genuinely
freeform input instead of a fixed simulation or a scripted quiz.

- demo โ Robust Kelly Sandbox (cool 8): a robust/ambiguity-averse portfolio result from asset- liability management ported to bankroll sizing โ input a slate of bets plus a slider for "how wrong might my edge estimate be," then watch classic full-Kelly stakes and the regularized robust stakes race under adversarial vs. friendly simulated worlds, a direct rebuttal to full-Kelly bros (arXiv:2310.00553).
- demo โ Elephant Walk Race: The 50% Memory Threshold (cool 8): a "tampered-memory" random walk where each step either copies a random past step or takes a fresh coin flip โ the paper proves a sharp phase transition exactly at 50% retained memory, and this demo lets you drag a slider and literally watch trending paths flatten into boring diffusion the instant they cross the threshold, a formal answer to every 2am hot-hand argument (arXiv:2607.28614).
- demo โ Kyle's Broken Market (cool 8): a simulation of Kyle's 1985 insider-trading equilibrium model where dragging the "number of trading rounds" slider past 2 makes the price path oscillate and diverge instead of converging โ a visual gut-punch to the idea that live/in-play betting lines are more efficient than pregame lines just because there's more trading (arXiv:2307.09392).
- demo โ GFlowNet Slot Machine (cool 8): two side-by-side slot machines contrasting greedy jackpot-chasing RL (mode-collapsed onto one exploit) against GFlowNet-style flow-proportional sampling (spins spread across the whole reward-weighted space) โ makes "AI red-teams itself" math viscerally felt as a gambling-variance toy (arXiv:2608.10171).
- demo โ Is Your "Provably-Fair" Casino RNG Actually Fair? (cool 8): plug in a polynomial and a prime modulus, sweep values, and watch the empirical win/lose split converge to the paper's p/4 prediction with a live bias meter against the theoretical error bound โ a real sanity check for crypto-casino "provably fair" schemes that use too small a modulus (arXiv:2607.21259).
- startup โ Spillover-Aware Odds Engine (cool 7): a sportsbook/DFS pricing add-on that infers how teammates' prop lines should move when a star is ruled out purely from the historical timing pattern of past line reactions to similar shocks, no depth chart or usage model required (arXiv:2602.04230).
